
HR Business Partner

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's culture and driving talent acquisition.
Main Responsibilities- Create and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent and streamlining the hiring process.
- Develop and administer onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company and providing essential training and support.
- Maintain open lines of communication, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans, ensuring employees are equipped to excel in their roles.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement, proposing and implementing innovative HR solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
