  • Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
