As a key professional in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and policies to achieve our mission and goals.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with the organization's vision and objectives.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, handle grievances, and promote a positive work environment.

- Training and Development: Support training needs identification and partner with L&D to implement programs.
