Job Title: Employee Experience Leader
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our employee experience initiatives. As an Employee Experience Leader, you will be responsible for driving engagement, compliance, and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems, including biannual reviews and KPI definition for new joiners. Conduct structured evaluations and provide coaching to employees.
- OKRs & Goal Alignment: Ensure all employees have documented goals aligned with company-wide objectives. Maintain documentation in HRMS tools and work with department heads to align team and individual objectives with business priorities.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Lead quarterly feedback surveys, analyze insights, and develop strategies to improve employee experience. Conduct regular check-ins with new joiners and maintain a grievance redressal satisfaction score.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with department heads to close critical positions within 30 days. Partner with external agencies and leverage internal referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist foundation.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
