Job Description

The role of the Zone Manager is a crucial position in our organization, requiring a seasoned professional to lead and motivate teams across various branches. As a People Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes to ensure timely hiring.
  • Lead hiring efforts for critical leadership roles, niche positions, and volume-based roles, particularly sales.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve morale and reduce attrition rates.
  • Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention and development through training programs and performance evaluations.
