Learning and Development Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that drive business outcomes. With a focus on enhancing patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities, the successful candidate will design and deliver behavioral and communication training programs across various employee levels.

  • Develop a structured learning roadmap for frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to promote positive change management initiatives within the organization.
  • Implement effective onboarding training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the hospital's culture and values.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads and high-potential employees to develop tailored leadership development programs that foster growth and advancement opportunities.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs to equip emerging leaders with the necessary skills to drive organizational success.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry, preferably in aviation or hotels, with a demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end Learning and Development functions.
