Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring smooth hiring and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that boost morale and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
- Lead performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.
- Generate HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and workforce analytics for management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Comfortable working in Pacific Time hours to align with global teams.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
- Salary: ₹8 LPA - ₹12 LPA
