Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. They will also be responsible for maintaining a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with stakeholders to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Manage employee payroll accurately, ensuring timely distribution of paychecks.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation components.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health and travel insurance.
  • Develop employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Meticulous and organized individual.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
