About Our Talent Acquisition Role

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager with extensive experience in staffing operations and manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, payroll & statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple sites and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: This includes full lifecycle recruitment, managing agency/vendor relationships, campus drives, employee referrals, and external sourcing channels. Effective onboarding, induction, documentation, and background verification will ensure all hires meet the required standards.
  • Payroll & Benefits: End-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions require timely validation of outputs to maintain accuracy. Coordination with vendors/software ensures seamless integration and efficient output management.
  • Compliance & Regulatory: Statutory compliance across labour laws, PF, ESI, professional tax, and state-specific regulations relevant to manufacturing and staffing demand meticulous record-keeping and adherence. Maintaining accurate employee records, statutory registers, and ensuring timely filings/returns necessitate close coordination with vendors/consultants.
  • HR Operations & Employee Relations: HR policies, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and contract manpower compliance are essential to effective HR operations. Managing grievances, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, retention measures, and corrective actions requires sound HR judgment.
  • People Development & Performance: Supporting performance management cycles, promotions, succession planning, and training needs identification demands a thorough understanding of organisational goals and employee development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years progressive HR experience, preferably in staffing operations or supporting large projects in manufacturing and staffing.
  • Master's degree in HR or an MBA-HR is desirable.
  • Practical knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and compliance for contract manpower.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and popular HRMS/payroll tools, especially coordinating with payroll vendors.
  • Stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with operations, project managers, and external vendors.
  • Excellent MS Excel and HR MIS skills; familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
