Job Summary:

A dynamic and exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious recent graduate or individual pursuing HR or related studies to join our fast-paced environment as a Human Resources Intern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and foster a strong team culture.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, building trust and maintaining regular communication channels.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as online database management, coordination with central HR teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Act as an HR Business Partner for a small group of employees, providing support on performance discussions, feedback sessions, pulse checks, and team dynamics.
  • Nurture and promote the organization's core values and inclusive culture across the office.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing HR or related studies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and approachable.
