Key Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.

  • Primary responsibility will be HR Information Management.
  • Secondary responsibility will be generalist HR activities (e.g., Performance Management, Recruitment, etc).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and HR software.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
