Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and HR software.
- Experience with HR Information Systems.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
