Human Resources Manager Job Summary

The role of a Human Resources Manager is to oversee the Performance Management process, develop and maintain Job Descriptions, and coordinate the Reward & Recognition program. The incumbent will also support other Talent Management initiatives within their HR Team.

  • Create employee engagement programs that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with management to identify business processes for improvement
  • Evaluate business initiatives to develop effective programs that meet company goals
  • Develop data analysis methodologies and management reporting tools
  • Establish strategic planning methods for the organization
  • Identify data collection tools and performance targets
  • Implement organizational effectiveness interventions
  • Design competency models for employees
  • Organize team-building exercises and workshops
  • Help employees create project timelines and deadlines
  • Measure performance management against organizational goals
  • Define individual or group performance expectations
  • Ensure adequate manpower availability to meet business needs
  • Plan and manage optimal manpower plans, including talent acquisition budgets
  • Review and refine organizational structure in response to changing business environments
  • Oversee training and development needs of the organization
  • Support training programs for technical and behavioral aspects
  • Design compensation structures and performance-based pay programs
  • Deliver efficient pay processes and ensure compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • MBA/MSW in HR from a reputable institution with 10 years of experience in Retail, Service, and Manufacturing sectors
  • Expertise in governance, workforce planning, and HR philosophies
  • Ability to reduce administrative work for HR business partners
  • Experience with flexible HR organization design and improving employee-facing HR systems
  • Strong line manager capabilities and focus on continuous improvement
