About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager HR.

Reporting to: Business Director

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1 to 4 years in HRM

The incumbent will work very closely with the senior team and oversee the entire HR Function.

The ideal incumbent should have exposure to HR Operations and Talent acquisition across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews/telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates.
  • Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process for new Joiners
  • Assessing training needs to train, counsel and coach the employees
  • Cultivating and developing a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
  • Involving in candidate assessment, screening and profiling of the relevant profiles for the respective roles.
