Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic expansion in India and exports, focusing on Oil & Gas and emerging verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure).
  • Negotiate long-cycle contracts and key accounts to establish a predictable order book and margin profile.
  • Modernize manufacturing operations: enhance throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality, deploying capital expenditures with IRR/ROI discipline.
  • Lead digital/ERP transformation and institutionalize data-driven governance (S&OP, SKU profitability, cash conversion, vendor scorecards).
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience by developing vendors for alloys (including duplex and super duplex) and strategic sourcing.
  • Establish a high-performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership development, prioritizing safety and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen (pricing, mix, working capital, project IRR) and stakeholder management (boards).
  • People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
