Human Resources Leader

Purpose:
The Human Resources Leader will serve as a strategic business partner, driving people initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. This role will oversee the execution of HR programs across talent management, hiring, capability development, performance, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Talent Acquisition: Facilitate the recruitment needs and attract top talent.
- Talent Management: Develop and execute talent development strategies including succession planning and career pathways.
- Performance & Rewards: Drive performance management culture focused on accountability, outcomes, and continuous feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance for operations, resolve disciplinary cases, and streamline HR processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top performers.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
