ServiceNow Technical Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical director to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive innovation in product engineering. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for ServiceNow application development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance to our ServiceNow development team, promoting best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, ITAM, App Engine, and other related areas to drive successful implementations across multiple modules.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
  • Strong technical skills in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, ITAM, App Engine, and other related areas.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
