Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant. As a key member of our implementation and configuration team, you will provide technical guidance and expertise in the development of ServiceNow platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing standards and best practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model.
  • Assisting in developing standards and best practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Supporting design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption.
  • Providing technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Guiding ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance.

What You'll Do

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess instance health (performance, manageability, usability) and provide remediation recommendations. Additionally, you will advise on configuration and coding standards, as well as support the development of platform-wide solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in IT service management and ServiceNow implementation.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITAM, App Engine, and others.
  • Strong understanding of client scripts, UI policy, UI scripts, script includes, business rules, scheduled jobs, and other technical components.
  • Experience with project portfolio management, release management, agile methodologies, and IT service management frameworks.
