We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow expert to lead our software engineering team in designing and developing cutting-edge applications using the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee ServiceNow solution architecture design and enhancement activities, ensuring technical integrity of any ServiceNow projects.
  • Identify ServiceNow implementation best practices, value realization criteria and industry benchmark in alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Participate in governance process and assist with evaluation of new requirements against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • Ensure technical integrity of proposed solutions by applying coordination, organization's governance and change control to technical specifications and infrastructure. Advise on impact of design options to related programs and assess such impact.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience as architect with ServiceNow CTA certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of Service Now Module: ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, Portal. Core Services: Service Catalog, Service Level, CMDB / CSDM/Now Assist/Agentic AI.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and within budget.
