Candidates must have ITSM experience and either CSM or UI Builder knowledge, along with excellent scripting capabilities.Join us for our Mega Hiring Drive at InfoBeans and be part of a dynamic and growing ServiceNow practice.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform- Work with stakeholders to analyze and translate requirements into technical specs- Develop and customize ITSM modules, and either CSM or UI Builder/Service Portal features- Write efficient and reusable client-side and server-side scripts- Contribute to UI design, workflows, and automation using ServiceNow best practices- Participate in Agile development and sprint ceremoniesMandatory Skills:- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development- Strong experience with ITSM module- Excellent JavaScript/GlideScript scripting skillsRequired Skill Combinations (any one of the below):- ITSM + CSM + Scripting- ITSM + UI Builder (or Service Portal) + ScriptingGood to Have:- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/CSM/UI Builder)- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, or REST/SOAP APIs- Understanding of CMDB, SLAs, and platform architecture- Exposure to Agile methodology and client-facing environmentsAdditional Information:- Interviews will be conducted virtually or in-person- Candidates open to face-to-face interviews at our Indore office will be given preference- Hybrid work setup available post-offerInterested candidates can share their resumes at us on Saturday, 19th July 2025 for this exciting opportunity
