Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Expert to lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery, including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, and development of required specific reporting interfaces with global ServiceNow technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly the HRSD module and Employee Service Center, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent and broad knowledge of ServiceNow, in particular the HRSD module and Employee Service Center
  • Lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of required specific reporting Interface with global ServiceNow technical teams
  • Prepare and implement all deliverables for processes and workflow design Candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
  • Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities
  • Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and other such technologies and standards

  • Experience in Employee Center, Employee Journey management, HR onboarding, HR case management, HR Agent Workspace, Performance Analytics for HRSD and HR knowledge management
  • Experience in HR integrations such as ODS, Profit Centre from SAP, Scripted APIs, Email, Workday
  • Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles and client facing
  • Proficiency with web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, Relational Databases
