Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India

Position Type : Contract to Hire (C2H)

Experience Level : 24 Years

About the Role :


We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Platform HRSD Developer with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and enhancing modules such as Case Management, HR Services & Lifecycle Management, and HR Knowledge Management. You will also work on Employee Center / Employee Center Pro and integrate automated workflows to streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities :


- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to match business requirements.

- Implement Employee Center/Employee Center Pro features for a seamless employee experience.

- Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer and scripting.

- Integrate HRSD with third-party systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

- Set up role-based access controls to maintain data confidentiality.

- Troubleshoot module issues and enhance functionality.

- Document workflows, configurations, and integrations.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :


- ServiceNow HRSD Modules: Proficiency in configuring Case Management, Lifecycle Management, and Knowledge Management.

- Employee Center Pro: Experience designing self-service portals with intuitive navigation.

- Workflow Automation: Skilled in building automated processes using Flow Designer.

- Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Security Management: Knowledge of role/permission configuration and data access controls.

Soft Skills :


- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with HR and IT teams.

- Problem-Solving: Resolve configuration and integration challenges promptly.

- Documentation: Create clear and detailed technical documentation.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification.

Notice Period :

- Immediate to 15 Days

Contract Duration : 6 months + extendible
