ServiceNow Application Developer

You will play a key role in our team, contributing to the design and development of applications that meet business process and application requirements. With a deep understanding of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), you will ensure the smooth functioning of applications and enhance user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work independently, becoming an expert in your field.
  • Participate actively in team discussions and collaborations.
  • Contribute solutions to work-related problems and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements.
  • Ensure applications meet quality standards and are delivered within specified timelines.
  • Conduct regular testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues or bugs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
