About the Job:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow application design, development, and customization.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The role involves driving implementations across multiple modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, or others based on business needs. Responsibilities include overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.

  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements while maintaining system stability.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and provide recommendations for platform improvements.
