Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications.
  • Provide technical leadership to the ServiceNow development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive implementations across multiple modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, or others as per business needs.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements while maintaining system stability.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and provide recommendations for platform improvements.
