Job Description
We are looking for a
ServiceNow Senior Developer / Lead / Architect
with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and at least one of the following ServiceNow modules :
GRC / SecOps / ITOM is required
. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in implementing and customizing these modules, along with a strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and integrations.

This is a remote position based in India, and we are seeking candidates who can join quickly, ideally within 15-30 days. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the ITSM framework and at least one of the following modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is required.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to customize and extend ServiceNow functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST or SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet the clients specific requirements and objectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices are followed within the development team.
  • Stay updated on new features and modules in ServiceNow, incorporating them into client solutions as appropriate.

Key Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM and at least one of the following modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is Required.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and other tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices within ServiceNow.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new modules and learning on the fly to accommodate changing client requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15-30 days are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred : ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
