  • The role requires end-to-end solution ownership including architecture design, workflow development, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring platform governance and optimization.
  • The candidate will design and implement workflows across ServiceNow modules while maintaining compliance with ITIL best practices.
  • A strong background in Agile, ITIL, or DevOps environments is critical, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent will be considered a strong plus.
