About the Job

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and optimal solutions across various domains, leveraging business and technical knowledge to develop and implement business strategies on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • The developer will be responsible for delivering development projects in a timely manner and may be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • The developer will complete technical design documentation.
  • The developer will provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • The developer will undertake regular implementation and code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.
  • The developer will assist with updates to program specification/implementation documentation.
  • The developer will work with the team to prepare configurations for production.
  • The developer will be involved in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing - reviewing test scripts; aligning with wider testing strategy.
  • The developer will escalate, provide feedback, and propose changes to implementation specifications.
  • The developer will provide consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive their requirements to success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
  • 4-8+ years of development experience.
  • 2-6+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components in ServiceNow Suite (full cycle implementation).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations and CMDB.
  • Experience using applicable programming methodologies: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.
