Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience in developing custom applications, implementing integrations, and working with advanced modules such as Field Service Management, Asset Management, and the Now Agent Mobile Application.

This is a hybrid role requiring both technical expertise and strong client interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

- Implement and manage advanced modules including :

1. Field Service Management (FSM)

2. Asset Management

3. Now Agent Mobile Application

- Develop and customize Service Portals, widgets, and user interfaces.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.

- Follow development best practices, including scripting, configuration, and documentation.

- Perform instance migrations, version upgrades, and manage platform performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on ServiceNow projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong understanding of core ServiceNow architecture and concepts.

- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing Field Service Management solutions.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).

- Experience in developing and customizing the Service Portal.

- Solid understanding of web services integration using SOAP and REST.

- Experience with Asset Management and Now Agent Mobile modules.

- Familiarity with instance migration and platform upgrades.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to interact directly with clients and lead technical discussions.
