About the Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership to the ServiceNow team to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, or others as per business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain system stability and quality.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and provide recommendations for platform improvements.
