About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead with expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and system integrations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, ensure smooth integrations with third-party tools, and guide the team toward best practices and process excellence.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB management and tool integrations.- Ensure CMDB accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with ITIL processes.- Develop integration solutions between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and create technical documentation.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.Required Skills & Experience :- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.- Strong expertise in CMDB architecture, configuration, and maintenance.- Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.- Experience leading a ServiceNow team or project.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.- Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management modules.
