About the role:
The ServiceNow Tech Lead is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions. They work closely with stakeholders to understand GRC requirements and design effective solutions using ServiceNow platform. The role involves hands-on development, solutioning, and architectural design of GRC processes and modules within ServiceNow. The Tech Lead also provides guidance to the development team, ensures best practices are followed, and monitors the health and compliance of ServiceNow systems.

The role offers an opportunity to lead and drive the implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions. It provides exposure to GRC domain knowledge, industry best practices, and the latest features of the ServiceNow platform. The Tech Lead will work on designing and customizing GRC modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with ServiceNow advancements. They will have the chance to showcase their leadership skills and contribute to the successful delivery of GRC solutions.

Responsibilities:

Understand the GRC domain and its fundamentals. Solution and design GRC solutions using industry best practices. Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC projects. Perform entity scoping exercises to define GRC requirements. Develop policies, controls, risk frameworks, and other GRC components within ServiceNow. Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, and business rules. Configure and customize IRM (Integrated Risk Management) portals. Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances. Stay updated with famous regulations like GDPR, ISO, and their implications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application, infrastructure, and database architecture. Familiarity with scripting technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly. Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Work with Performance Analytics for GRC metrics and reporting. Design and modify ServiceNow Service Portal. Implement domain separation and design process and data flow within various domains. Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integration. Review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations. Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow systems.

Essential Skills:

Strong understanding of GRC domain and its principles. Experience with ServiceNow GRC design, architecture, and implementation. Hands-on development experience in creating, configuring, and customizing GRC components within ServiceNow. Proficiency in designing and modifying ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, reports, and business rules. Knowledge of IRM portals and their configuration. Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations. Leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams. Familiarity with famous regulations like GDPR, ISO, etc. Understanding of application, infrastructure, and database architecture. Knowledge of scripting technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly. Experience with custom application development on the ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with Performance Analytics for GRC metrics. Domain separation and process design expertise. Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integration. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Self-starter and innovator.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 9 years of experience with ServiceNow. Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Vendor Risk Management. ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
