ServiceNow CSM Developer Position

This is a full-time role that focuses on developing and implementing the Configuration Management System (CSM) module, along with its integrations, on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT service management processes, including the ITIL framework, as well as experience in implementing ServiceNow instances. They should possess strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting, as well as in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.

Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and customizing various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
  • Developing efficient solutions using JavaScript and Glide Scripting.
  • Managing Service Catalogs and ensuring data consistency by developing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and security guidelines.
  • Performing unit and integration testing, supporting UAT, and resolving bugs.
  • Participating in code reviews to maintain quality.

Requirements include:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • CSA and CIS-CSM certification in ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience, with 2 years of implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL framework.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
