Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in plugin integrations to drive technical innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation, with a focus on integrating third-party plugins and applications.

This role requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and best practices to drive automation and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party plugins.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Perform integration of ServiceNow with external applications and third-party tools using APIs, MID servers, and web services.
  • Evaluate, install, and configure ServiceNow plugins to enhance system capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM is must and any two modules out of ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow UI/UX customization, including Portal development.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
