Job Description ServiceNow IRM/GRC DeveloperPosition : ServiceNow Developer IRM/GRCExperience Required : 6+ Years (with 2+ Years in IRM/GRC)Employment Type : Full-timeOverview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules, along with a strong background in ServiceNow development and customization.The role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable GRC solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and integrating risk management practices into the ServiceNow platform. Candidates with certifications such as CAD, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-R&C, along with hands-on experience in Advanced Risk Assessment, will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions tailored to organizational governance, risk, and compliance requirements.- Customize and configure IRM/GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management, Advanced Risk Assessment).- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, and translate them into technical designs and configurations.- Develop and maintain applications, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and notifications within ServiceNow.- Configure and enhance UI Builder and Workspace experiences for GRC/IRM users.- Implement integrations with external systems (using REST, SOAP, and MID Server) to enable end-to-end GRC functionality.- Support patching, upgrades, and release management for IRM modules, ensuring adoption of the latest GRC/IRM features.- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and process flows.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.- Stay updated on ServiceNow Store apps, release notes, and industry trends to recommend new solutions and optimizations.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in IRM/GRC modules.- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.- CIS ITSM and CIS Risk & Compliance (R&C) certifications (mandatory).- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Classic UI & Workspace, Glide, Jelly).- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.- Proven experience in developing and configuring GRC/IRM Workspaces.- Experience with patching, upgrades, and enhancements for IRM/GRC modules, including adoption of new features from the ServiceNow Store.- Knowledge of integration methods (REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs, Data Sources, MID Server).- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and business teams.- Strong team player with the ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :- Experience with Advanced Risk Assessment frameworks in ServiceNow.- Exposure to Vendor Risk Management and Third-Party Risk workflows.- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, NIST, etc.).- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules to support cross-platform integrations.
