We're Hiring: ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant 

 Location: PAN India (Full Time)

Are you a ServiceNow expert ready to make an impact? Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Technical Consultant and help drive digital transformation across industries

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ServiceNow CSM modules

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer & ServiceNow Studio

Integrate CSM with ITSM and third-party systems

Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, workflows & scheduled jobs

Participate in design reviews, demos & sprint planning

Support unit testing and UAT

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, especially in CSM implementation

 Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture & JavaScript scripting

 Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

 Good understanding of CMDB, SLAs, reporting & dashboards

 Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

 Excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills

 CSA Certification (mandatory or in-progress)

 CSM Implementation Certification (mandatory)

Preferred Certification:

CAD Certified Application Developer (added advantage)
