Position : SAP DMC Technical ConsultantExperience : 7-9 YearsJob Summary :We are seeking a skilled SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) Technical Consultant with 7-9 years of experience in manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP DMC applications, from design and development to implementation and maintenance. This role requires a hands-on expert with a strong technical background in cloud integrations, SAP UI5, and the core processes of manufacturing execution. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between ERP systems and the shop floor, ensuring robust data exchange and process automation.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop SAP DMC applications and content to meet specific organizational and user requirements, including POD/UI customization and Scanner Integration.- Conduct business process workshops and analysis (Blueprinting) to develop detailed SAP DMC technical requirements in conjunction with the project team and end-users.- Lead and execute implementation, rollout, and support activities independently, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.- Develop and maintain interfaces to integrate SAP DMC with S/4HANA/ERP, automation systems, machines, and other standalone software, leveraging expertise in Cloud Connector and Production Connector.- Implement and configure key manufacturing processes within SAP DMC, including Shop Order, SFC, Production Execution, Traceability, Lot & Serial manufacturing, Assembling & Confirmation, Goods Issue/Receipt (GI/GR), and Quality Management processes.- Perform day-to-day development and support tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the applications are performing optimally.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 7 - 9 years of overall experience in manufacturing technologies.- Proven experience with SAP DMC, Cloud Connector, Production Connector, and cloud platform integrations.- Strong hands-on development skills with SAP UI5 and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).- Good knowledge of cloud integrations, API management, and manufacturing processes.- Familiarity with Shop-floor automation and integration using Production Connector.- A solid understanding of Cloud Services and OData Services.- Experience with implementing key manufacturing concepts within SAP DMC, including Production Execution, Traceability, and Inventory/Quality Management.Preferred Skills :- Experience with SAPMEINT CTC and Workflow configuration.- Knowledge of Production Performance, OEE, Downtimes, and Notification.- Familiarity with PAPI, ME Webservices, and ME OData Services.- Knowledge of OPC Connectivity, MQTT, Modbus, Web services, and Message processing.- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Integration, DRF Framework, RFC, and IDOC.- Strong knowledge of SAP MII, including Transactions, Queries, XML, and XSLT.- Experience with SAP NetWeaver Administrator (NWA) and SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS).
