We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to fill this technical position.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's business needs.
- Development of various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, and ITBM.
- Maintaining high-quality development standards during support and development activities.
- Providing assistance to other developers in integrating existing systems with ServiceNow.
- Prior experience in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Creating technical documentation and writing unit test cases.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and others is required.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, and ITBM processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience working with ServiceNow is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead a customer-centric environment.
