ServiceNow Expert Wanted

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow expert to help drive business success through effective service management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow applications/modules, including CSM, SOM, TSM, FSM, ITSM, and ITOM.

  • Design and develop customized ServiceNow applications/modules to meet business requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using REST, SOAP, and MID server technologies.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configurations to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stability and performance.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Proven expertise in CSM, SOM, and TSM modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with Field Service Management, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
