We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with a strong background in Customer Service Management (CSM), Service Order Management (SOM), Telecom Service Management (TSM), and Integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Field Service Management (FSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.

The role involves designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrations with third-party systems, and aligning workflows to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules including CSM, SOM, TSM, FSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms (REST, SOAP, MID server, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configurations.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Proven experience with CSM, SOM, and TSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID server).
  • Experience with Field Service Management (FSM), ITSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a strong plus.
