
Strategic Enterprise Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will foster and grow relationships with our key enterprise clients.
- You will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients through tailored solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver impactful results.
- Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to drive client success.
- Represent client interests internally by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives to drive measurable value.
- Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and actionable improvements.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product and service enhancements.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
