Job Summary
Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a key role at Mainee Steel Works Pvt. Ltd., where you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Team in their day-to-day activities. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team in their efforts to achieve business objectives. This includes preparing MIS reports, monitoring sales performance, and providing insights to the management team. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including managing emails, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as required. The successful candidate will be an organized individual with exceptional communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to the management team to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including managing emails, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
