NetCom Learning is a leading provider of IT training and certification programs. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth, as well as managing marketing budgets and teams. Key responsibilities include campaign planning & execution, content creation & management, market research & analysis, digital marketing management, branding & positioning, event planning & coordination, and customer relationship management (CRM).

About the Job:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, blog posts, website copy, social media content, newsletters, and product descriptions.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and analyze customer insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Branding & Positioning: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, and ensure marketing activities reflect the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and organize events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences, and promote events through digital channels and offline marketing activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and manage customer relationships using CRM tools, and segment, target, and nurture leads through email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

What You Need to Know:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 6-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is desirable, depending on the company's industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and tools.

Salary Information:

Estimated annual salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 based on location (Noida) and industry standards.
