Job Overview

The Mentors Circle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Digital Marketing Campaign Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve set targets and goals.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, to enhance brand presence and drive user engagement.
  • Run paid ad campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve future campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketers, to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot (or similar CRM systems).
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with the education or study abroad sector is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Must have: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Campaigns.

Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
