We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Research Coordinator to join our team at Iris Software Inc. in India. As a key member of our Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales, practice, delivery, and marketing efforts by working on market intelligence, account-based marketing initiatives, industry trends, events, news, custom research reports, marketing automation tools, and other defined research assignments.

About the Role:

  • Proactively gather, analyze, and communicate market data, trends, and intelligence to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Build and deliver high-quality, actionable intelligence by performing research activities, identifying trends, and analyzing data.
  • Capture, analyze, and prepare relevant information and insights from various sources.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research assignments and their methodologies.
  • Execute and deliver outputs as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Utilize marketing automation, sales intelligence, and other tools to achieve objectives and drive business results.
  • Update internal repositories with research artifacts and other documents on a regular basis.
  • Participate actively in knowledge sharing and ideation sessions to improve overall throughput and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B IT services sector (Fresher not required).
  • Graduate or PG or pursuing MBA in Marketing/IT/International Business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Passionate about Digital Marketing/Tools/Sales Enablement/Intelligent Research/Gen AI.
  • Results-driven, confident, self-motivated, and team player with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fair knowledge and understanding of B2B research in the IT Services Industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) and open keyword-based research.
  • Analytical and creative thinking with the goal of adding value.
  • Any relevant certification in B2B market research, research tools, Gen AI, and others.

Estimated Salary: ₹6,50,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum (depending on experience), negotiable.
