Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential leads for our business. This role will play a critical part in the growth of our customer base and overall business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.
- Research and qualify leads through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and web searches.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
- Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to target prospects effectively.
- Track and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for better results.
- Proactively reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls to establish connections and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.
- Enter and update lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track and report lead generation metrics, including conversion rates and follow-up success.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
- Share insights and feedback from leads to improve product offerings and sales tactics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and building a sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools/platforms.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
