About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead business growth initiatives in North America for Insights Opinion, a leading market research company. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in North America.
    • Analyze client needs and industry demands to align Insights Opinion's services with market requirements.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the North American region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor research solutions based on client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients and key stakeholders in North America.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable contracts for Insights Opinion.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for market expansion within North America.
    • Cultivate partnerships and collaborations to enhance Insights Opinion's market presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful business development in the market research industry, with a focus on North America.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
