We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Research Specialist** to join our team. As a key member of our sales support group, you will play a critical role in conducting comprehensive data research and ensuring the proper procurement of data to support our sales outreach efforts.

**Job Summary:** The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and key decision-makers in target markets, utilizing various online tools, databases, and platforms to gather accurate and relevant data. You will stay updated on industry trends and market changes to identify new opportunities and provide detailed reports and analyses on potential clients and market segments.

**Key Responsibilities:

1. **Data Research**: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target markets, using online tools, databases, and platforms to gather accurate and relevant data.

2. **Data Procurement and Management**: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data collected, organize and manage data in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and clean records, and regularly review and update the database to remove outdated or irrelevant information.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide timely support, collaborate with the marketing team to align data procurement with ongoing campaigns and strategies, and communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

4. **Lead Generation Support**: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads based on researched data, provide detailed reports and analyses on potential clients and market segments, and support the development of targeted outreach strategies using the gathered data.

5. **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously seek ways to improve data research and procurement processes, stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in data research and management, and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data research, sales support, or a similar role
  • Paid interns need to spend 4 to 6 hours in the Noida office
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and data research tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer:
