Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our Sales team at Acres N Inches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, developing sales pitches and effective business plans, and building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.

You will be detail-oriented and able to conduct sales analysis, organize networking events, and coordinate with the Business Development Representative in creating sales and promotional materials. Additionally, you should be aware of the latest industry developments and practices, and have a high level of motivation and familiarity with various CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting business goals and objectives
  • Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activities
  • Identifying and contacting potential clients
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
  • Updating client and lead information in respective databases
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies
  • Preparing and presenting client retention plans
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data
  • Reporting and coordinating day-to-day activities with the Business Development Manager
  • Assisting the Business Development Coordinator in preparing sales pitches
  • Planning and drafting business plans
  • Helping in the creation of promotional and sales materials
  • Organizing and attending networking events
  • Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating accurate and detailed sales reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Business Development Associate, Business Development Representative, Business Development Coordinator, or a similar role in the Sales department
  • Knowledge of ongoing market conditions and latest developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Having an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
