Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our Sales team at Acres N Inches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, developing sales pitches and effective business plans, and building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.

You will also be responsible for conducting sales analysis, organizing networking events, and coordinating with the Business Development Representative in creating sales and promotional materials. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and practices.

As a Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing stressful situations and meeting strict deadlines. Responsibilities

  • Meet business goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
  • Identify and contact potential clients
  • Build and maintain long-lasting business relationships with clients
  • Update client and lead information in respective databases
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Prepare and present client retention plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data
  • Report and coordinate day-to-day activities with Business Development Manager
  • Assist Business Development Coordinator in preparing sales pitches
  • Plan and draft business plans
  • Help in creation of promotional and sales materials
  • Organize and attend networking events
  • Address client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Create accurate and detailed sales reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience as a Business Development Associate, Business Development Representative, Business Development Coordinator, or a similar role in the Sales department
  • Knowledge of ongoing market conditions and latest developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Having an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
