Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Appnit Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to deepen engagement
- Key account management and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Customer relationship management and building and managing existing business pipeline
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases and establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Qualifications preferred: Post Graduation
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations, preferably in a startup ecosystem or product-driven organization
- Hunting and Key account management role in previous organization
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payments landscape, with direct experience in product-focused sales being a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Basic SQL knowledge
- Excellent command over English in both verbal and comprehension skills
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
